We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager with strong expertise in the Hotel & Spa, Aesthetic, and Pharmacy sectors in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships. This role involves identifying and connecting with key partners, presenting and promoting our portfolio of premium brands, and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure smooth cooperation and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

1. Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and approach Hotels & Spas, Derma Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, and Pharmacies across the GCC region.
  • Research and analyze market segments to find high-potential partners and build a strategic contact base.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partner organizations, understanding their needs and offering tailored brand solutions from our portfolio.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Manage onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of our products and supporting partners through initial setup and training.

2. Brand Promotion & Sales Support:

  • Present and promote our brand portfolio to potential partners, highlighting key value propositions and differentiators.
  • Investigate sales reports from retailers on a monthly basis, develop ideas of sales improvement, coordinate with internal teams regarding relevant/needed marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Discuss sales results with brands, including necessary support needed from them, and assist partners with sales strategies to drive brand visibility and sales performance.

3. Market Analysis & Expansion Strategy:

  • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Suggest and implement strategic initiatives to increase market penetration and expand brand presence in targeted sectors.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the management team.

4. Operational & Ad-Hoc Support:

  • Address and resolve partner inquiries, operational challenges, and ad-hoc requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support internal teams on any relevant issues.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management within the Hotel & Spa, Aesthetic Clinic, or Pharmacy sectors in the GCC.
  • Strong market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred:

  • Experience working with premium beauty, skincare, wellness, or aesthetic brands.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and product registration processes in GCC markets.
  • Previous experience launching or managing brand partnerships across multiple channels.
