Chief Product Officer

Join our dynamic startup as the Head of Product, where you'll oversee the development and distribution of our innovative App Marketplace and Publisher Interface. We are creating an alternative app marketplace from the ground up for iOS platforms, offering alternative payment methods and distribution channels through alternative app stores and websites. This role is essential in shaping our multi-faceted product strategy, driving growth, and ensuring a seamless user experience for app users and publishers alike.

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the App Marketplace, Publisher Interface, and alternative payment solutions.
• Lead the distribution strategy through alternative app stores and web platforms, incorporating diverse payment methods, including our proprietary payment solution.
• Develop and manage an offer for publishers, including the generation of landing pages for app site wording.
• Oversee the design and development of user-friendly, engaging experiences for marketplace users, publishers, and clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure product goals are met and aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure the product meets business objectives and user needs.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide continuous improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a product leadership role with a strong background in B2B, and ideally experience in B2C or B2B2C environments.
• Understanding of app marketplaces, mobile platforms, publisher ecosystems, and payment methods.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
