We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and highly collaborative Marketplace Director to lead our fast-growing marketplace business and take it to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the P&L and GMV growth targets for the marketplace - a significant part of our overall business;
  • Define and execute growth strategies for both regional and cross-border marketplace business;
  • Drive strategic assortment expansion across fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle categories;
  • Lead brand and seller acquisition across key categories from regional and international markets;
  • Oversee ongoing performance management and growth of marketplace sellers;
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to continuously improve seller platform features, dashboards, and automation tools to enable seller success at scale;
  • Partner with operations and logistics to improve SLAs, drive efficiency, and ensure a seamless order fulfillment and returns experience;
  • Actively improve seller and brand NPS by streamlining backend processes and resolving pain points;
  • Build and manage a dedicated seller support team to provide timely and high-quality service;
  • Drive seller education, communication, and enablement programs to improve seller performance;
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketplace team across account management, planning, business development, and seller support.

Requirements

Commercial Director - Marketplace will be responsible for the end-to-end performance, growth, and operations of the marketplace business. This leader will own the commercial strategy, partner acquisition, assortment expansion, seller success, and P&L for the category, working cross-functionally with buying, operations, tech, finance, onsite and marketing.
