DevOps

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to be a part of Malaga-based development team.

The main purpose of the team is to help us build and maintain a commerce platform for a big ophthalmic company.

• Manage and optimize the AWS-based infrastructure that powers our commerce platform
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments and fast feature releases
• Collaborate with software engineers to enhance application performance and infrastructure scalability
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, security, and disaster recovery for our storefront applications

• Proven experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management within a commerce software environment
• Strong expertise in AWS services and infrastructure automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and ensuring seamless deployment processes
• Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional product teams with a focus on scalability, performance, and security
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset, agile working style, and a strong commitment to infrastructure reliability

Key skills & tools:

• AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc

• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Pulumi or Terraform

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing containerized applications

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Git, and monitoring tools like Datadog

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python)
