Full-Stack developer - DOM

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to be a part of Malaga-based development team.

In the Pricing team, we develop and maintain the technology stack that calculates and distributes prices for Fielmann's product portfolio — including optics and hearing aids — across multiple channels. Responsibilities:

• Manage technical projects in collaboration with subsystems, external service providers, and software manufacturers, ensuring cohesive integration and timely delivery
• Understand and implement pricing business logic to align with company strategies and operational needs
• Design and implement interfaces between pricing systems and the broader Fielmann system landscape, enhancing data flow and system interoperability
• Continuously develop and maintain applications focused on pricing, ensuring they meet evolving business requirements and standards
• Develop an effective reporting system for analysis and monitoring, supporting strategic decision-making

Programming languages:

• Python (highest priority)
• Java or Java-/Typescript (mid priority)
• Groovy (low priority)

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Java, Groovy, Python). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, integration, databases, monitoring, and pricing logic
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Pricefx or similar pricing solutions. Initial experience with AWS (ECS), Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus
• Work Approach: Proactive mindset, strong self-learning ability, and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in an Agile environment
• Language: Fluent in English
