We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing 360° marketing campaigns, managing content creation, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and driving customer engagement both online and offline. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that involves brand storytelling, community outreach, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the assortment and category teams to plan and execute product promotions.
  • Partner with suppliers to develop joint marketing campaigns, content, and promotional activities.
  • Produce high-quality photo and video content for use in digital and social media advertising.
  • Manage and grow ROOTS' social media accounts (SoMe), ensuring consistent, engaging content aligned with the brand’s voice.
  • Organize and participate in community events, offline activations, and partner collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct in-store customer engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback collection (e.g., NPS tracking).
  • Support local event management and brand activations across multiple touchpoints.

Analyze marketing campaign performance and support data-driven optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand, or content management (preferably in FMCG or retail).
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media management, with an understanding of what drives engagement.
  • Advanced understanding of CRM/CDP platforms and campaign segmentation, along with integration of AI tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and interpret data effectively.
  • Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
