Support and execute marketing plans for FJX brands across the GCC (primary), with additional
exposure to CIS and European markets
Coordinate with brand principals (mostly EU brands) and retail partners on marketing activities,
promotions, and in-store brand visibility
Review brand media plans and help align them with FJX's commercial priorities
Assist in planning and running BTL and ATL campaigns; work with e-commerce partners on digital
activations — banners, targeting, sponsored placements
Maintain monthly promotional and discount calendars per brand and retailer
Track campaign performance and budget utilization (spent vs. allocated)
Work with sales data by brand and retailer; flag deviations and suggest improvements
Coordinate marketing materials and localization for different markets
2–4 years of marketing experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail distribution
Hands-on experience with trade marketing: promotions, promo calendars, retailer coordination
Familiarity with e-commerce marketing: banners, targeting, or sponsored placements on retail
platforms
Comfortable working with data: sales reports, budget spreadsheets, campaign metrics
Experience with BTL and/or ATL campaigns
Fluent English (required, C1+); Russian or Arabic — strong advantage
Based in UAE (valid Emirates ID or eligible to transfer)
Hybrid format — primarily remote, with regular in-person meetings in Dubai (office & retailer visits)
Base salary (fix 80%) + flex based on OKRs (20%) after probation
