Product designer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Designer to join our innovative startup. As the sole designer on the team, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the product design for our alternative marketplace, spanning mobile applications, web platforms, and publisher interfaces. This is a unique opportunity to shape the design vision for a cutting-edge product in the fintech and B2B space, where your expertise will be instrumental in driving our success.

• Lead the design process for developing and refining various payment methods and other features, building on our existing mobile app design.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design solutions that enhance user experience.
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for B2B users.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on mobile applications, web platforms, and B2B products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, especially in fintech, mobile apps, and subscription platforms.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex design projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with user research and usability testing is highly desirable.
• Background in fintech or advertising markets is a strong plus, as is experience with B2C fintech applications.
