Product designer

We are seeking an experienced Product designer to join our forward-thinking startup. We are building an alternative marketplace from the ground up for iOS and Android platforms, and we need a skilled professional to take charge of our backend systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in an innovative environment where your expertise will have a significant impact on our success.

• Conduct user research to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design solutions that enhance user experience.
• Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that ensure a seamless and intuitive experience for B2B users.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and make data-driven design improvements.

• Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on mobile applications, web platforms, and B2B products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices, especially in fintech, mobile apps, and subscription platforms.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver complex design projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with user research and usability testing is highly desirable.
• Background in fintech or advertising markets is a strong plus, as is experience with B2C fintech applications.
