Project Manager

We are building this platform from the ground up, and we need a dedicated professional to oversee the successful delivery of complex projects that are crucial to our growth and success. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all aspects of product development align with business goals, are executed efficiently, and delivered on time and within scope.

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Ensure that all projects are delivered according to specified requirements.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive progress towards project milestones. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, ensuring their requirements are understood and met.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to the project's success. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Monitor project progress, performance metrics, and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the project goals and client expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
