QA engineer - Automation

At Onside, we’re building the first alternative iOS app marketplace in Europe — a platform that lets developers publish and monetize their apps outside the App Store.

Our goal is to make app publishing transparent, compliant, and developer-friendly.

We move fast, keep processes lean, and rely on automated testing to ensure every release is stable and high-quality — that’s where you come in.

Now we are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team!

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Build and optimize end-to-end, integration, and API test suites to support continuous delivery.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Identify gaps in coverage and improve overall testing efficiency through automation.
• Run manual validation when needed for new or complex features.
• Continuously monitor, debug, and enhance test reliability within CI/CD pipelines.

You’ll fit in if you:

• Have 3–5 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for writing automated tests.
• Have hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks.
• Understand REST API testing, Postman, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Speak good English and Russian.
• Bonus: experience testing marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or developer tools.
