With our flagship FJX Tech Hub in Málaga, we’re creating a unique tech ecosystem that combines high-quality recruitment, onboarding, success management, and strategic consulting under one roof.

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our international team and drive full-cycle recruitment across high-impact roles for clients in EU and MENA region.

• Own full-cycle recruitment for product, tech, and commercial roles — from intake to offer
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and role priorities
• Build diverse talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct screenings, alignments, and closing conversations with top-tier candidates
• Create and maintain structured interview processes with consistent evaluation criteria
• Track and report metrics (time-to-offer, candidate satisfaction, funnel conversion)
• Collaborate closely with our relocation, onboarding, and success management teams
• Help improve internal hiring playbooks, templates, and sourcing guides
• Contribute to our community hiring initiatives and help grow the FJX Tech brand

• Have 3+ years experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Can manage multiple vacancies across multiple clients in parallel
• Brings strong interviewing, closing, and stakeholder management skills
• Is familiar with ATS systems (Huntflow, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, AmazingHiring)
• Understands international hiring and relocation basics (bonus if familiar with Spain, Germany, UAE, Qatar)
• Has excellent English (German or Arabic is a plus)
• Is comfortable working in a remote-first, startup-style environment
