SAP Consultant FI (FI/CO) - S/4

In this role, you will be part of the SAP Product teams implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA FICO-modules and several add-ons in a greenfield approach across multiple international entities.

• Act as Senior Consultant for the SAP FICO workstream (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Controlling)
• End-to-End Solution Design: Create and maintain the Finance Business Blueprint, including process flows, integration points, and documentation
• Process & solution design: Analyze and design finance solutions for international entities within SAP S/4HANA
• Change Management: Handle change requests for the FI/CO modules, from analysis to implementation
• System Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system improvements, ensuring the SAP solutions are aligned with business needs
• Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to maintain optimal system performance
• Artificial intelligence: Design and implement IT solutions based on modern technologies using AI and machine learning functionalities
• Test Management: Support in test planning, execution (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities
• Documentation & Training: Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and conduct training sessions for key users and internal teams

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SAP features and innovations, proposing improvements to enhance the system’s functionality
  
  SAP module experience:

  • FI (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-CA)
  • CO (CO-PA), PS
  • MBC/BCM/APM
  • In-House-Cash, Cash Management
  • VIM (Vendor Invoice Management by Opentext)

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or related field
• Experience: 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-CA)
• Technical skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, solid understanding of SAP FI and CO modules, including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.)
• Conceptional skills: Strong experience in creating Business Blueprints and documenting complex SAP solutions
• Preferred skills: Experience in managing incidents, service requests, and system changes. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Work approach: Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset
• Language: Fluent in English (German is a plus)
