SAP SCM Consultant - MM QM Focus

We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant to join our Málaga-based development team.

As an SAP SCM Consultant with a focus on MM and QM, you will play a key role in designing and implementing integrated supply chain processes within our SAP S/4HANA environment. Your focus lies on procurement, inventory management, and quality management, with a strong end-to-end mindset. You will work closely with internal stakeholders from supply chain, production, and quality assurance, and ensure cross-functional process harmonization—including the integration of AI-supported solutions where meaningful.

• Design, optimize, and implement E2E processes in SAP MM (procurement, inventory, warehouse) and SAP QM (inspection plans, quality notifications, goods receipt inspection)
• Drive integration of QM processes into procurement and inbound logistics
• Collaborate with stakeholders from production, logistics, purchasing, and quality to define scalable process and system solutions
• Create functional concepts, technical specifications, and test scenarios for new features and enhancements
• Ensure smooth integration with related modules (e.g. SD, EWM, PP, FI) to guarantee consistency across the process chain
• Support S/4HANA transformation and process harmonization projects
• Provide 3rd-level expertise for issue resolution and support business teams through trainings and workshops
• Evaluate and support the introduction of AI-based use cases such as automated quality checks, intelligent approval workflows or smart vendor assessments

• Degree in (business) informatics, business administration or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or in-house roles with SAP MM and SAP QM
• Strong customizing experience in MM and solid knowledge of QM processes and integration points
• Experience in E2E process design across procurement, supply chain and quality management
• Knowledge of S/4HANA and experience with system migrations or international SAP rollouts
• Understanding of integration technologies (IDoc, Webservices, RFC) and cross-module dependencies
• Interest in or first exposure to AI solutions in supply chain or quality management contexts
• Analytical mindset, structured working style and strong communication skills
