• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define system functionalities and integrations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
• Document system processes, data flows, and technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards, particularly in fintech and marketplace operations.
• Identify potential system risks and propose mitigation strategies

• Proven experience as a System Analyst in software development or fintech-related projects.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, and database structures.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance in digital transactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
