Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: stand-up, planning, retros, reviews
  • Guide teams through forming → norming → performing stages
  • Monitor & improve metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndown)
  • Align with client expectations on OKRs delivery and improvements
  • Maintain employee engagement tracking, surveys, and action items
  • Provide quarterly client feedback
  • Document processes & best practices in Notion
  • Guide new hires through onboarding, including structured 30- and 90-day check-ins.
  • Mentor new hires / relocates by getting along with Málaga
  • Initiate learning cohorts
  • Support learning & development with workshop scheduling and tracking
  • Contribute to the client’s strategy by reinforcing cultural themes such as “AI-first” mindset, remote collaboration, and employee empowerment.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Agile delivery roles
  • Strong facilitation & team coaching skills
  • Solid metrics experience (Jira, Notion dashboards)
  • Bonus: experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT)
  • English fluency (German a plus)
