With our newly launched Digital Delivery Hub in Málaga, we’re shaping a collaborative environment for product and engineering excellence.

As Team Success Manager, you will be at the heart of this effort — ensuring smooth onboarding, supporting agile ways of working across distributed teams, and driving continuous improvement. Acting as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in a supportive capacity, you will help product teams adapt to the new setup with two locations, while also strengthening team spirit and employee engagement at the Hub.

This is a high-ownership, people-first role that combines delivery enablement, employee success, and organizational culture. You will ensure new hires settle in smoothly, coordinate with leadership on engagement initiatives, and contribute to building a workplace where people and performance thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Support product teams with Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros, reviews) when needed — not as a dedicated Scrum Master, but as a facilitator and coach.
  • Help teams and stakeholders define and improve ways of working in a multi-location setup.
  • Guide new hires through onboarding, including structured 30- and 90-day check-ins.
  • Mentor new hires and relocates, helping them integrate into the Málaga Hub and adapt to company culture.
  • Monitor employee performance and key metrics to support leadership decisions.
  • Drive employee engagement: organize surveys, track results, and propose actionable improvements as a “Feel Good Manager.”
  • Coordinate office administration and employee benefits (snacks, drinks, events) in collaboration with HR and Managing Director.
  • Provide quarterly client feedback on team and delivery performance.
  • Document processes and best practices in Notion, pushing for a valuable internal Wiki.
  • Support learning & development by organizing workshops, learning cohorts, and tracking participation.
  • Oversee and support the recruiting process in close collaboration with the recruitment team.
  • Contribute to the client’s strategy by reinforcing cultural themes such as “AI-first” mindset, remote collaboration, and employee empowerment.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years in Agile delivery or people success roles.
  • Strong facilitation & team coaching skills.
  • Experience with performance metrics and reporting (Jira, Notion dashboards).
  • Proven ability to onboard and mentor new hires in an international setup.
  • Experience in employee engagement, office culture, and administrative coordination.
  • Bonus: experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • English fluency; German a plus.
